Technical failure
A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved video allowances. Allowances retain their original expiry; allowances that expired during processing are returned with a 30-day expiry. Start a new generation manually. This is not an automatic refund to your card.
Pending or uncertain tasks
Do not pay again while an order is pending or under review. An uncertain provider submission must be checked before another attempt; it is not automatically treated as a failure.
Creative results
Likeness, anatomy, movement, sound and transitions can vary. A completed result you dislike does not automatically qualify as a technical failure or a free retry.

Contact support@ai-zombie.org with your order ID and a description of the payment issue. Do not send card numbers or private portraits.
