Find an order or retry a failed task

Payment checks, waiting, account access and private downloads.

By AI Zombie · Published 11 October 2026 · Updated 11 October 2026

Payment is pending

A checkout return is not proof of payment. The verified payment event adds video allowances; it never starts generation. Keep the order ID and check the same order; do not create another purchase merely because confirmation is delayed.

A stage is taking longer

Reference review, the provider queue, generation and saving are separate stages. Waiting time varies. A submission with an uncertain result stays under review instead of being blindly submitted again.

Can I leave the page?

The order remains stored in your account. Returning with the same account restores the stored order. Keep the same task instead of starting another one while it is processing.

A confirmed technical failure

Reserved video allowances are returned after a confirmed technical failure. Choose new portraits, quality or frame for a new generation at its displayed allowance cost. An uncertain task blocks a new attempt until checked. A result you dislike is not automatically a technical failure.

Sign-in and older guest orders

For new orders, sign in using the same Google account and open My videos. The payment email does not replace account sign-in. Older guest orders retain their original recovery flow; when email sending is configured, a one-use link is valid for 15 minutes. Email availability depends on launch configuration.

Download or expiry

Completed videos are private and available for 7 days. Download before expiry. Deleted and expired media cannot be restored by changing the URL. If a current download fails, contact support with the order ID; do not email private portraits unnecessarily.
